... is supposed to be healthy, right? It has 25% DV of fiber. But it must be 95% sugar. How do people eat this stuff? It is SO SUGARY. I took two bites and already have a sugar headache.
4g sugar per serving? (I looked it up out of curiosity.) That doesn't sound like a lot. Maybe your elitist healthy eating habits have put you out of touch with how real Americans eat. (Sorry, too much Republican primary news.)
The back of my single serving container of "fruit and yogurt" Special K puts the total sugars at 24g. Which is insane, right?? If plain Special K is only 4g of sugar per serving, I withdraw my blanket denigration of the cereal as a whole and henceforth will limit it to only the "fruit and yogurt" variety.

ReplyDeleteOh, that changes things. All the flavors of Special K are very sugary. I think they even have one with chocolate chunks!
